We offer engaging talks on topics like hiring practices, talent retention, and career management.

We invite you behind the scenes into the thinking of highly desirable candidates. How they respond to the process of being recruited informs the principles we use - what we call The Recruiter’s Playbook - that anyone can apply in their organization.

What is important to your audience comes first. Using pre-surveys, dialogue, and Q&A, we design space for your conference attendees - or your leadership and board - to discover their own keys to completing their team. Our goal is to provide practical advice, share resources, and offer inspiration so you can make the connections that make a difference.

Interactive workshops

‘How do I navigate my own career advancement?’

Designed for professional networks or career services offices - particularly the alumni of colleges, institutes, or corporate training programs - our engaging interactive workshops help professionals identify their career priorities.

Based on participant input and one-on-one interviews with stakeholders, current themes in hiring within a specific industry or sector are brought to the group to share and discuss in small groups. Together, we elicit meaningful insights that are relevant both for program administrators and participants.
